Y50 series circular electrical connector is a military-grade high-reliability connector independently developed in China, conforming to the national military standard GJB 101A-1997. It features resistance to harsh environments, multi-core integration, and rapid connection. It adopts a circular bayonet locking structure, and the plug and socket can be quickly connected and locked through a rotating bayonet. Compared with threaded connections, The insertion and extraction efficiency has been increased by more than 50%, and after locking, it has strong anti-vibration and anti-shock capabilities and is not easy to loosen. The shell is made of high-strength alloy materials (such as brass and aluminum alloy), and its surface undergoes anti-corrosion treatments such as cadmium plating and zinc plating passivation, making it suitable for harsh environments like dampness and salt spray. The internal insulating parts are made of high-temperature resistant thermosetting plastics (such as phenolic glass fiber) to ensure stable insulation performance. Equipped with an anti-misinsertion polarization design, it distinguishes models by different key angles or keyway numbers, completely avoiding equipment short circuits or damage caused by misinsertion. It is widely used in fields such as aerospace, defense equipment, and rail transit, where connection stability is strictly required.
